There was lots of sunshine about, & plenty of wind, but had to wait until the afternoon for some water.
Sailed with John most of the time which was good, going for lots of backloop attemps as there was loads of nice steep head high waves of the end of the pier, also nice for gybing on & trying onshore frontside...Even seen John go for a backie which looked very good.
Once the waves died down here we moved up to Uphill end where once again the was head high ramps everywhere, but by now the 5.0m was a handfull, but with so much power i was jumping over the back of the waves as they were breaking, & on one flying miles down wind & landing on an unbroken steep section straight into a nice ride, felt brilliant & now on such a high on the next run out went for a frontloop, but no where near,Still had another attemp after that & again no where near, but its a start!
Had a night in our caravan hoping for more sunday,it was well windy all night & Sun morn it was gusting 40knts on Berrow sands, but by the time the water came in so had lots of hail stone storms & rain & mucked up the wind so didnt bother.....
